How we work with clients

We open every file with a candid assessment before any financial commitment. On the first call we answer three questions: what your legal position actually is, what routes are available and what each costs, and whether the matter is worth pursuing at all. If a claim is not in your interest we say so and explain the alternative.

After that we work in written outputs rather than calls: a legal opinion with a conclusion and a recommendation, a contract draft, or a statement of claim with an indexed bundle. That keeps the decision in your hands and makes our work reviewable.

What actually changes the outcome

  • Timing: most losing files we see failed on a missed statutory deadline, not a weak right.
  • Documentation: a claim supported by a document is decided; a claim merely described is referred to an expert and costs a year.
  • Characterisation: a wrongly framed remedy is dismissed on procedure even where the right is established.
  • Enforcement: a judgment not pursued before the Enforcement Court is never collected.

Who we act for

We act for individuals in labour, personal status, real estate and criminal defence matters, and for companies in incorporation, governance, contracts, commercial disputes, arbitration and compliance. We act for foreign investors from the MISA licence stage through to full operations.

We are based in Riyadh and act for clients across every region of the Kingdom. Most stages run remotely through Najiz and the government platforms, and we attend in person before the competent authority when a matter requires it.

Common questions

Is the first consultation really free?

Yes, and without obligation. We use it to set out your legal position and the available routes, and if you have no matter worth pursuing we say so plainly rather than opening a file that leads nowhere.

How are fees set?

In writing before work starts. Defined work such as drafting, review and legal opinions is on a fixed fee; litigation is on staged fees tied to the stages of the case. We do not begin work on unagreed fees.

Can a matter be handled without my coming to Riyadh?

Usually yes. Consultation, document review, drafting, filing and case follow-up are handled electronically, and personal attendance is needed only in specific situations, which we tell you about in advance.

How long does resolving a dispute take?

It depends on the route: settlement in weeks, enforcement on a writ in days to weeks, and a substantive claim in months, longer with an appeal. We give you a realistic estimate on the first call rather than a general promise.

Do you work in English?

Yes, and we issue documents and correspondence in Arabic and English. In bilingual contracts we specify which version governs in case of conflict, to avoid a later dispute about interpretation.

Need a legal view?

The first call is free and without obligation. Tell us the situation and we will set out where you stand and what your options are.
