How long does a commercial case take in Riyadh?

Where do I challenge a government decision?
Before the Administrative Court of the Board of Grievances, headquartered in Riyadh. The limitation period is sixty days from knowledge of the decision, and missing it extinguishes the right however wrong the decision was.
Can a debt owed by a Riyadh debtor be recovered quickly?
If you hold a writ of execution — a cheque, promissory note or notarised contract — the application goes to the Enforcement Court and the debtor is given five days. An invoice alone needs a Commercial Court judgment first.
