What happens on the first call
- 1You describe the matter briefly, and we ask about the facts, the dates and the documents you hold.
- 2We identify the legal characterisation, the competent authority, and the deadlines currently running against you.
- 3We set out the available routes, what each costs, and the likely outcome of each.
- 4If the matter is worth pursuing we set fees in writing and begin. If it is not, we say so and explain the alternative.
The call is free and without obligation, and usually runs fifteen to thirty minutes depending on complexity.
What to have ready before you contact us
- The contract or instrument in issue, if there is one.
- Correspondence showing what was agreed or what is disputed.
- Any official decision, notice or letter and the date you received it — the date matters because deadlines run from it.
- Evidence of the amounts: statements, transfers, invoices.
- A short chronology of the facts with dates.
Do not wait to assemble everything if the matter is urgent. Call with what you have, because some statutory deadlines will not survive a week of preparation.
Common questions
What is the fastest way to reach you?
A phone call for urgent matters, and WhatsApp or email where documents need sending. For anything tied to a deadline that is close, call directly.
Do I need to visit the office?
Usually not. Consultation, document review and follow-up run remotely, and a visit is needed only where a signature or a discussion of a substantial file calls for it.
Is what I share confidential?
Yes. Confidentiality is a professional obligation from the first call, before any fee agreement, and it covers what you share with us even if no file is opened.
When should I expect a reply?
During business hours we usually reply the same day. Matters tied to a deadline that is about to expire are prioritised, and we recommend saying so in your first message.
Do you act for clients outside Saudi Arabia?
Yes. We work with clients and businesses outside the Kingdom remotely, in Arabic and English, including investors at the pre-incorporation stage.
